1. About these terms
These terms apply to use of this website and, where applicable, to accommodation booked directly with House of Nura Ltd. If you book through a third-party platform such as Airbnb or Booking.com, that platform's booking terms, cancellation rules and payment arrangements may also apply.
2. Booking enquiries and confirmation
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A stay is only confirmed once House of Nura has accepted the booking and any required payment, deposit, identification or booking conditions have been completed.
3. Prices, payments and deposits
Prices and payment schedules will be shown or communicated before a booking is confirmed. Where a refundable security deposit or card pre-authorisation is required, the amount and release conditions will be explained before or at booking.
4. Cancellations and amendments
The cancellation and amendment terms displayed at the time of booking will apply. For third-party platform reservations, the cancellation policy shown on that platform takes priority. Guests should contact House of Nura as early as possible if their plans change.
5. Check-in, check-out and access
Check-in and check-out times, key collection or self check-in instructions will be supplied for the relevant property. Guests must follow access instructions carefully and should not share entry codes, keys or access information with unauthorised persons.
6. Occupancy and guest responsibilities
Only the number of guests agreed in the booking may occupy the accommodation unless written approval is given. Guests are expected to treat the property, neighbours and building common areas respectfully and to comply with property-specific house rules.
7. Parties, nuisance, smoking and unlawful use
Unauthorised parties, events, excessive noise, unlawful activity and behaviour that causes nuisance or risk to neighbours are not permitted. Smoking or vaping restrictions will be stated for each property and must be followed.
8. Damage, missing items and additional costs
Guests may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from avoidable damage, missing keys or access devices, exceptional cleaning, unauthorised occupancy or other breaches of the agreed booking conditions. Evidence will be provided where reasonably available.
9. Property availability and maintenance
House of Nura aims to provide accommodation as described and in good working order. From time to time, maintenance, building issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect a stay. Where this happens, we will communicate promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
10. Wi-Fi, utilities and third-party services
Where Wi-Fi, parking, building facilities or other third-party services are provided, availability can sometimes be affected by suppliers or building management. We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services.
11. Complaints
Please raise any issue as soon as possible during the stay so we have an opportunity to investigate and help. Complaints can be sent to info@houseofnura.co.uk.
12. Website content
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Property photographs, descriptions and availability may change as the portfolio develops. Nothing on this website should be treated as a confirmed booking until expressly accepted by House of Nura.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable law, House of Nura is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for events outside its reasonable control.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
